Work out what you would like to sell and what you would like to keep, removing the kept items from photos.
If you have a large area or lots of tools, you can photograph the room, workshop or shed from numerous angles.
A quote can be formed on the large, visible items within the photos, then smaller items can be dealt with afterwards, either by sending further photos through or by valuing on site, during the collection of the first group.
It is always worthwhile checking out the "what we buy" and "what we don't buy" sections of the website (Page; Who is UK Tool Buyer?)
Generally speaking, modern items bought from the likes of B&Q, Aldi and Wickes won't hold great value, plastic items and part-sets the same.
These items would still be bought as part of a larger group, but are classed as budget-brands.
(The value of tools needs to cover the cost of collection, single tools are not collected at long distances, there is a freepost option for small amounts at long distances).
With a steady hand and added light where possible,
Photograph large items singularly and group smaller items together.
Take as many photographs as you would like, there is no maximum and if more are needed, we shall let you know!
Please don't send videos.
Clearer photos make for bigger offers.
Check through the photos you have taken, to see if you can zoom in and see manufacturer codes and brand names.
Include everything you'd like to sell, sometimes the small stuff is just as valuable.
You can send photos by using the WhatsApp link or by using the contact form.
Add your postcode so we know where the tools need collecting from, then sit back and wait for a quote.
The vast majority of contacts are answered within an hour and there is no pressure to sell.
